If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, we require at least 36 hours notice. All cancellations must be done through email, phone, or on the client app. Cancellations through social media will not be valid. Please be mindful that when booking online, your appointment is only a request and MUST be confirmed by the salon team before it is considered booked. Clients who do not honour their appointments may be charged a cancellation fee as follows: 36 Hours notice: Scheduled service(s) may be cancelled without charge Failure to Show: The entire scheduled service(s) will be charged Cancellation Under 36 Hours Notice: Subject to a minimum charge of 50% of the full amount of scheduled service(s) We reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse rebooking a missed service until the cancellation/no show fee has been paid. Thank you for respecting our stylists' time and the time of our other guests.
